You know I'm always on the prowl for free banner advertising and I recently came across another webmasters web-system (he has more than one website linked together) in which he has a unique traffic exchange mixed in the middle. It's been online since 2006, won awards in 2008-09, and is part of the huge opt-in combine traffic system. Here are a few words off his website:

Now, this is all well and good ... wow, another traffic exchange ... right? Think, again, my friends because here is one exchange where your banners are rotated throughout the system all the time for free. You don't use credits until someone actually clicks your banners. That is a extreme change than most exchanges on the Internet. Besides the banner advertising I like, this system, also, gives you a free banner and splash-page creator...can't beat that.
